Modern Condo Reimagined

Located above a hip downtown restaurant, this Cedar Rapids remodel took on the challenge of converting two condos into one. The main design challenges were creating access between the two condos, making sure there was a natural transition from one condo to another, and reimagining the overall space plan. In the end, we were able to incorporate much-needed function with an added laundry room, powder room, bar, and entertaining space with showstopping wallpaper and modern touches throughout.
